SERVICES
COLDAIR provides air conditioning services including AC repair, AC servicing, deep cleaning, AC installation, AC uninstallation, gas refilling, AMC plans, and other related HVAC services. Service availability may vary depending on location, technician availability, and operational conditions.
BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
Customers may schedule appointments through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or other approved communication channels. Appointment times are estimated and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. COLDAIR will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window.
INSPECTION & QUOTATIONS
Certain repair services require an initial inspection before an accurate quotation can be provided. Any estimate provided before inspection is considered preliminary and may change after the technician assesses the equipment. Customers will be informed of any additional charges before repair work proceeds.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. COLDAIR reserves the right to refuse service or withhold completed work documentation until payment is received. Accepted payment methods may include UPI, bank transfer, credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to provide accurate contact information, ensure access to the service location, maintain a safe working environment, inform technicians of any known equipment issues, and secure valuable belongings before service begins. COLDAIR shall not be responsible for delays caused by restricted access or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
WARRANTY
Where applicable, workmanship warranties may be provided for specific services. Warranty coverage applies only to the service performed and does not cover existing equipment defects, manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, improper use of equipment, damage caused by third parties, or electrical fluctuations and power-related issues. Warranty claims must be reported promptly after the issue is identified.
PARTS & MATERIALS
Replacement parts may be sourced from third-party suppliers. Availability of specific parts cannot always be guaranteed. Any manufacturer warranty applicable to replacement parts remains the responsibility of the manufacturer.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting COLDAIR before the scheduled service time. Repeated cancellations or last-minute cancellations may result in service restrictions or additional charges.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
COLDAIR shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of business or income, equipment failures unrelated to the performed service, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. The maximum liability of COLDAIR shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
